## The six business parks

Every park has its own floor areas, its own access and its own past — three of them began life as factories that had closed. What they share comes down to one sentence: the same group builds, lets and manages.

Five minutes from the A16 interchange — and from the Channel Tunnel terminal — the park occupies the fully redeveloped site of Courtaulds, a textile works. It lets buildings of 800 to 4,000 sqm and offices of 800 to 4,000 sqm, furnished or unfurnished, with business services on site: registered address, secretarial support, meeting rooms.

CREANOR gives the network what no other park offers: small offices, meeting rooms by the hour and a registered office address. It has a site of its own.

## Services on site

An empty building does not run a business. EUROCAP lets the space and provides what makes it workable from day one: the address, the reception, the security, the parking.

- **Offices**: Furnished or unfurnished, from a single office to a floor that can be divided. We adjust the area and the length of the lease to your business, rather than the other way round.
- **Warehousing and storage**: Volume for logistics, industry and transport, with vehicle access. Storage, workshop space, order picking.
- **Retail units**: Units visible from the road, with parking outside the door and the footfall of a business park around them.
- **Meeting rooms**: Fully equipped rooms, bookable by the hour, half-day or full day, for meetings, training sessions and interviews.
- **Registered office address**: Register your company at the park’s address, with post received and held for you.
- **Reception and admin support**: A reception desk that directs your visitors and takes in your deliveries during opening hours.
- **Video surveillance**: Sites monitored by cameras, with access control: your stock and your vehicles are not left out on the street.

## Bespoke premises and brownfield redevelopment

Six parks do not cover the whole of the Hauts-de-France. When the location you are looking for does not yet exist in the network, it gets built.

This has been the group’s trade since 1976: developer, land developer and operator. EUROCAP starts from the requirement — floor area, clear height, loading docks, adjoining offices, timescale — finds the land in the area you are targeting, has the building constructed, then manages the lease. Bare land, an obsolete building or a brownfield site: all three are workable.

## Group structure

A developer, land developer and operator since 1976, GROUPE BECI SAS builds new homes and commercial property alike, from the Hauts-de-France to Nouvelle-Aquitaine and the Pays de la Loire.
