The business parks presented here are operated by EUROCAP, a subsidiary of GROUPE BECI SAS: EUROCAP Calais (Coquelles), EUROCAP Saint-Omer (Longuenesse), EUROCAP Leulinghem (Leulinghem), EUROCAP Cappelle-la-Grande (Cappelle-la-Grande), EUROCAP Douvrin (Douvrin) and CREANOR (Coudekerque-Branche).

CREANOR, a subsidiary of EUROCAP, has its own website at creanor.fr.

Purpose of the site

The site presents the EUROCAP network of business parks, the spaces and services available there, the way each site is reached, and the support offered to companies whose area of interest is not yet covered by a park. It allows visitors to send an enquiry about renting a space or about a bespoke project.

Information, floor areas, plans, specifications, illustrations and dates are provided for guidance only. Visuals are non-contractual and may change in the light of technical surveys, regulatory constraints and the progress of each site. Only signed contractual documents are binding.

Intellectual property

The site, its texts, its presentation, its code, its photographs, plans, maps, graphic elements, trade marks and logos are protected by intellectual property law. Unless otherwise stated, these items belong to GROUPE BECI, its affiliated companies, their authors or partners, or are used with permission.

The activity presented on this site — letting business premises to companies, associations and self-employed professionals — falls outside contracts concluded with consumers.
